Session Description
Kip Taisey is an Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. He has acted professionally for over ten years, five in New York City, toured with numerous theatre companies, and worked in voice over and television. Kip holds an MFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Florida and a BM in Music Education from Central Washington University where he studied both choral music and vocal jazz.
Clinician Bio
Jeff Horenstein is the choir director at Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood, Washington where his choirs and vocal jazz ensembles are often recognized for their excellence. Jeff is a founding member of the award-winning contemporary vocal group Groove For Thought, and hosts their annual Vocal Jazz Forum, an educational festival for high school ensembles. Jeff believes in the power of music to foster empathy and bring people together, and he is excited to continue his work on the Board to that end.
