Poco a Poco Director

Seattle Children’s Chorus is seeking a director for our youngest singers! Poco a Poco promises a fun, educational, and interactive way for 3- to 6-year olds to interact with music and choral education. Poco a Poco, Levels 1 and 2, meet once a week, for 45-minute sessions in Shoreline (Tuesdays), Burien (Wednesdays), and Snohomish (Thursdays) for an eight-week session. There are three sessions per year. (This position may be divided among qualified applicants. Please apply if you are interested in any part of the position.) Seattle Children’s Chorus is a dynamic choir community that provides singing opportunities for children and youth ages 3-20. We are looking for someone who: is a voice for the SCC in the artistic community works collaboratively with the Artistic Team and office staff supports and encourages extra-curricular activities of the SCC encourages fundraising and maintains donor relationships Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and education.
